Hyde Resort & Residences is a 41-story oceanfront condo-hotel at 4111 S Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, completed in 2017 and designed by Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates. The Hyde Resort building combines 367 fully furnished condo-hotel units on its lower floors with 40 designer-ready oceanfront residences occupying floors 22 through 41. The full residences offer two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 1,500 to over 2,500 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, Italian cabinetry, stone counters, expansive ocean and Intracoastal terraces, and private elevator entries on most lines. The lower-floor hotel-condo units are turnkey furnished and managed under the Hyde hospitality program operated by SBE. The Hyde Resort site sits at the southern edge of Hollywood Beach near the Hallandale Beach line, directly on the Hollywood Broadwalk and steps from the southern terminus of the 2.5-mile oceanfront promenade. Gulfstream Park casino and the Village at Gulfstream Park sit five minutes north in Hallandale, the Aventura Brightline station is ten to fifteen minutes south, Aventura Mall sits about ten minutes inland, Hard Rock Guitar Hotel is fifteen minutes west, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is roughly twenty minutes north. The location stays quieter than the central Broadwalk near Charnow Park while remaining a short walk from its cafes, bandshell, and bike-rental shops, and the south end of the Broadwalk includes direct sand access from the Hyde Resort lobby. Residents at the Hyde Residences share an oceanfront pool deck with private cabanas and beach service, a separate rooftop pool and lounge, a spa with treatment rooms, a fitness center, oceanfront dining and bar service at the Hyde lobby restaurant, a screening room, a kids' club, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Hyde hospitality program provides housekeeping, room service, in-residence dining, and front-desk service for both resort guests and full-time residents. Owners of the lower-floor hotel-condo units can place residences in the Hyde rental management program, and upper-floor residence owners can opt in or out of the program as needed.
