Turnberry Isle · #1406

Turnberry Isle, often called Turnberry Isle North and recorded by Miami-Dade County as Turnberry Isle Condominium, is the older of two matching Intracoastal towers on Turnberry Way, standing at 19707 Turnberry Way in Aventura. County property records date it to 1979; its twin, Turnberry Isle South at 19667 Turnberry Way, followed in 1980 and is governed by a separate association. The towers take their name from Turnberry Isle, the resort Don Soffer's company formed in 1970 from the former Aventura Club. County records list 279 residences: standard floors from the third floor up to the penthouse level, plus four larger TS-designated residences and six TH townhouse units, two of which measure about 2,560 and 3,375 square feet. Standard floors carry eleven lettered lines. Plans start with the one-bedroom C line at about 1,077 square feet; two-bedroom lines step up from about 1,522 square feet (A, B and G) to 1,600 (L), 1,677 (F) and 1,825 to 1,904 square feet (E, D, K and H); and the J line offers three bedrooms in about 2,360 square feet. Several owners have joined the A and B lines into residences of about 3,040 square feet, and MLS records show combined five-bedroom homes of about 4,500 to 4,800 square feet. Listings describe floor-to-ceiling windows, wraparound balconies on the corners, marble baths and views over the Intracoastal, the ocean, the marina and the golf courses. Amenities include a pool with pool service, a hot tub, a fitness center, an on-site restaurant, party and card rooms, a billiard room, a theater room and a children's play area, with a guarded gate, on-site management and 24-hour security. The tower faces the Intracoastal on the east side of Aventura, with the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and its two golf courses as neighbors. Aventura Mall is a few minutes west by car, and the William Lehman Causeway leads across the water to the beaches of Sunny Isles Beach. Turnberry Isle condos offer one of the widest size ranges in Aventura, from one-bedroom plans to combined residences. MLS data show pet restrictions and a minimum lease term of about six months. Over the year to October 2026, 18 Turnberry Isle condos sold for $355,000 to $2.995 million, a median of about $330 per square foot. Eleven Turnberry Isle condos for sale were listed at about $499,000 to $1.875 million, and 13 were offered for rent at $2,600 to $9,000 a month.
