Elysee Miami · #5701

Elysee Miami is a 57-story bayfront tower at 788 NE 23rd Street in Edgewater, completed by Two Roads Development in 2021. Architecture is by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and interiors are by French designer Jean-Louis Deniot. The program holds 100 residences in three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts ranging roughly 2,660 to 3,995 interior square feet, with private elevator entry to each home. Elysee uses a flow-through east-west floor plan that captures bay views to the east and city views to the west, putting two exposures in every residence. Standard interiors include 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Deniot-designed cabinetry, Italian marble flooring, Gaggenau appliance packages, and wide flow-through terraces. Two guest suites and an Elysee Attache concierge program round out the residential offering. Elysee sits on the Biscayne Bay edge of East Edgewater, a strip running between NE 17th and NE 36th streets that has filled in with bayfront towers since 2015. Margaret Pace Park sits four blocks south, providing the neighborhood's public waterfront, and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is a five-minute drive south along Biscayne Boulevard. The Wynwood Arts District and Midtown Miami sit two miles west across Biscayne Boulevard, with the MacArthur Causeway feeding the Faena District and South Beach to the east. The MiamiCentral Brightline station in Downtown is a six-minute drive, providing direct rail service to Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Miami Worldcenter, PAMM, and Frost Science are all within a 10-minute drive. The Elysee amenity stack occupies three full floors of the tower. The seventh floor health club holds a resort-style lap pool, poolside bar, BBQ terrace, summer kitchen, a dedicated spa with blow-dry bar, and a waterfront fitness center and yoga studio. The 30th floor sky lounge runs a grand salon with 360-degree views, a grand dining room seating up to 24 guests, a wine cellar, library, private theater, chef-grade catering kitchen, and a separate teen lounge. Additional facilities include a bayfront sunrise pool, owner's bayfront lounge, two guest suites, and an automated parking system that uses lift technology to move cars between residents and the valet stand. The Elysee Attache service program covers move-in coordination, personal shopping, in-home dining, and travel arrangements under a hospitality-style operating model.
