Three Tequesta Point · #1805

Three Tequesta Point is a 46-story bayfront condominium at 848 Brickell Key Drive, completed in 2001 by Swire Properties as the tallest of the three Tequesta Point towers on the southern half of Brickell Key. The building delivered approximately 238 residences across one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with the upper floors carrying the largest layouts and the most expansive views on the island. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the facade, and most units include wraparound terraces that face Biscayne Bay, the ocean inlet through Government Cut, and the downtown Miami skyline. Three Tequesta Point was the third and final tower in the Tequesta Point series and the tallest tower Swire delivered on Brickell Key until Asia opened in 2008. The 848 Brickell Key Drive address places Three Tequesta Point inside the gated island enclave at the southern tip of the key, with the Mandarin Oriental immediately to the south and the perimeter baywalk running past the building's frontage. The Brickell Key park, central plaza of restaurants, and small island retail are short walks across the key. Across the single causeway to Brickell, owners are within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and the Metromover Knight Center and Financial District stations. Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center, and the Brightline MiamiCentral terminal are a short drive north, and PortMiami's cruise berths are a quick crossing east. The island's perimeter baywalk also serves as a popular waterfront run and dog-walk path for residents. Resident amenities at Three Tequesta Point include a heated bayfront swimming pool and sundeck, a separate lap pool, a bi-level fitness center, tennis courts, a sauna and steam, a residents' lounge and game room, a screening room, a business center, a children's playroom, and 24-hour concierge and security at the porte cochere. The tower also maintains an attended valet and a controlled-access lobby, plus owners share access to the island-wide baywalk and park system. Among the Brickell Key towers, Three Tequesta Point tends to draw buyers who want the highest views on the island paired with full-amenity programming, and the building's upper-floor floor plans include some of the largest non-penthouse layouts on the key.
