Brickell Heights West · #1907

Brickell Heights West is the 47-story sister tower at 55 SW 9th Street, completed in 2017 by The Related Group with Crescent Heights and designed by Arquitectonica with a facade installation by Argentinian artist Fabian Burgos. The Brickell Heights West tower delivered 332 residences in one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses, with David Rockwell handling the amenity-level interior design shared across both Brickell Heights towers. Residences in Brickell Heights West feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, contemporary European cabinetry, imported stone countertops, GE Monogram appliance packages, stackable in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies. Penthouse layouts add extended ceiling heights and wraparound terraces. The 55 SW 9th Street address sits directly across South Miami Avenue from Brickell City Centre, with the Climate Ribbon mall, Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, the EAST Miami hotel, and the elevated Metromover all within one block. Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, and Toscana Divino is three blocks west, and the Eighth Street Metromover station is two blocks north for service into Bayfront Park, MiamiCentral Brightline, and the Adrienne Arsht Center. The Brickell Metrorail station and the Underline linear park along the M-Path corridor are six blocks west, the MacArthur Causeway entrance to South Beach is a 10-minute drive north, and the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne is six minutes south on Brickell Avenue. The Brickell Heights West amenity program is shared with the East tower and includes the 35,000-square-foot three-story Equinox Fitness Club and Spa with resident access, the on-site SoulCycle studio (Miami's first), a rooftop pool and sundeck, a 9th-floor pool deck with lap pool, two club rooms, a children's playroom, a private screening room, a conference room and business center, 24-hour concierge, valet parking, and on-site management. Direct interior access between the West and East towers and into the Brickell City Centre retail concourse means residents can move from a SoulCycle class to Saks Fifth Avenue or the CMX cinema without stepping outside.
