The site sits directly across from Bristol Tower on the bayfront side of Brickell Avenue, with east-facing residences capturing direct Biscayne Bay exposures and higher floors looking down across the marina and Key Biscayne beyond. The 2101 Brickell Avenue address sits in southern Brickell at the corner of SE 21st Road, on the bayfront section of Millionaires' Row immediately south of the curving Bristol Tower silhouette.
