SoliMar · #S9-D

SoliMar is an oceanfront twin-tower condominium community at 9559 and 9595 Collins Avenue in Surfside, the walkable beachfront village between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach. Completed in 2002 to designs by Sklar Isaac and Associates Architects, SoliMar consists of two 12-story towers with 110 residences in each tower for 220 homes total, all sitting on more than 400 feet of private Atlantic Ocean frontage. Floor plans run from roughly 1,260 to 2,790 square feet in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, many designed as flow-through plans that capture both Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views, with wraparound terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a tropical Mediterranean architectural language. SoliMar's site sits steps from the Bal Harbour Shops, the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and Bal Harbour Beach to the north, with Surfside Beach, the 96th Street Pier, the Surfside Community Center, the Harding Avenue restaurant strip, and the village's celebrated 9-block oceanfront boardwalk in walking range. Haulover Park, Oleta River State Park, Bay Harbor Islands, Indian Creek, and Aventura sit minutes north, with Miami Beach proper to the south and Sunny Isles Beach across Indian Creek. Each SoliMar tower runs its own dedicated lobby and porte-cochere with 24/7 valet, anchored by a private interior courtyard with an entrance plaza, cascading waterfall, and mature tropical landscaping. Shared SoliMar amenities include a swimming pool with expansive deck and attendant; air-conditioned poolside cabanas; private beach access with attendant towel and water service; a state-of-the-art fitness center; an aerobics room; a men's and women's spa with massage rooms, Jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, and showers; a card room; a billiard room; multiple social rooms; a relaxation room; an on-site cafe with poolside room service; EV charging stations; concierge; and 24-hour security at both lobbies, making SoliMar one of the most amenity-deep oceanfront communities along the Surfside beachfront and a perennial choice for buyers cross-shopping Bal Harbour and Surfside oceanfront condominiums.
