Eighty Seven Park · #705

Eighty Seven Park is an 18-story boutique oceanfront tower at 8701 Collins Avenue at the southern tip of North Beach, completed in 2020 by Terra in partnership with Bizzi & Partners Development. The Eighty Seven Park building is Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano's first residential project in the Western Hemisphere, with the Renzo Piano Building Workshop sweeping a cantilevered oval volume atop white pillars and Dutch landscape firm West 8 designing both the residents' two-acre private garden and the integration with the adjacent 35-acre North Shore Open Space Park. The Eighty Seven Park tower delivers 68 to 70 residences with interiors by RDAI, sizing from roughly 1,400 to 7,000 square feet across one- to five-bedroom layouts. Interiors at 8701 Collins feature floor-to-ceiling glass, Dada kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, white oak flooring, and lush private terraces. The 8701 Collins Eighty Seven Park address sits at the boundary of North Beach and Surfside on the northernmost edge of the Miami Beach barrier island, with the North Shore Open Space Park, the North Beach Bandshell, and the Ocean Terrace restaurant strip immediately south. Bal Harbour Shops, the Surf Club Four Seasons, and the Surfside Community Center are within a five-minute drive north up Collins, while the Faena District's Faena Hotel, Forum, Bazaar, and Theater are five minutes south. Mount Sinai Medical Center sits ten minutes south along Alton Road. Residents at the Eighty Seven Park North Beach tower access an oceanfront pool, a fitness center programmed by Anatomy, a destination spa with hammam-style treatments, a residents' lounge, the on-site Fugo restaurant by chef Michele Mazza, kids programming, a screening room, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Piano-designed Eighty Seven Park program also includes private cabanas, beach service, an outdoor exercise lawn, a yoga garden, and curated West 8 landscaping that runs from the building's two-acre private garden into the public North Shore Open Space Park. The result at the Renzo Piano Eighty Seven Park 8701 Collins property is one of the most architecturally significant residences delivered in Miami Beach in the past decade.
