Met 1 · #2503

Met 1 is a 40-story residence at 300 S Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, completed in 2008 as the first phase of the Metropolitan Miami master plan. The Met 1 tower was developed by MDM Development Group and designed by Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates, delivering 447 residences across tower suites, lofts, and penthouses. The Met 1 condominium offers one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 605 to 1,354 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling glass capturing Biscayne Bay, Bayfront Park, PortMiami, and the Miami skyline. Residences at Met 1 feature stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, glass-railed balconies, and in-unit laundry. The Met 1 building at 300 S Biscayne Boulevard anchors the eastern edge of Downtown Miami directly across from Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and Kaseya Center. Downtown Miami has transformed into one of the country's densest urban cores since Met 1 opened in 2008, with Brightline service at MiamiCentral, the new Miami Worldcenter development, and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts all within a five-minute drive. The 300 S Biscayne Boulevard address puts Met 1 residents directly across from Bayfront Park (54 oceanfront acres with concerts, festivals, and an amphitheater) and one block from Bayside Marketplace. The Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and Frost Science are two blocks north along the bay. Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat, is adjacent. The Metromover connects Met 1 to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and the Brickell financial district in under five minutes. Compared to Brickell across the river, Downtown Met 1 offers pedestrian access to the bay, the arena, and Brightline service without crossing a bridge. Met 1 amenities are anchored by the ground-floor retail program and a full residential deck. Residents at Met 1 share a large pool deck with a heated swimming pool and whirlpool, a fully equipped fitness center, men's and women's saunas, a residents' lounge with game room, a children's playroom, a business center, and 24-hour concierge. The Met 1 tower at 300 S Biscayne ground floor hosts Novikov Miami, Joe & The Juice, and additional retail and dining. Pet services include a designated relief area, and Met 1 offers valet parking and assigned covered parking. The Downtown Met 1 location pairs walkable access to PAMM, Bayfront Park, Bayside, and Kaseya Center with one-stop Metromover service across Downtown and Brickell.
