Muse · #4201

Muse Residences is a 49-story ultra-luxury oceanfront tower at 17141 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, completed in 2018 by Property Markets Group (PMG) and S2 Development with Carlos Ott as design architect, Sieger Suarez as architect of record, and Antrobus + Ramirez on interiors. The building holds 68 flow-through residences with one unit per floor in most lines, configured as three-, four-, and five-bedroom plans plus penthouses. Every unit runs the full east-west width of the building, delivering both direct Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway exposures from a single residence. Interiors come with 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, Italian marble flooring, custom Boffi Italian kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, smart-home automation, private elevator entry, and oversize wraparound terraces with summer kitchens. The 17141 Collins address sits in the Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront row immediately adjacent to Jade Beach and Jade Ocean to the south and a short walk to Acqualina Resort, the Mansions at Acqualina, and Turnberry Ocean Club to the north. Aventura Mall, the Aventura Brightline station, the Turnberry Isle Resort golf course, and Gulfstream Park sit a 10-minute drive west across the William Lehman Causeway. Bal Harbour Shops and Haulover Marina are five to ten minutes south on Collins, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport sits 15 minutes north. Miami International is 20 to 25 minutes south. Muse Residences' amenity program is sized to a 68-unit building and includes a resort-style oceanfront swimming pool with food and beverage service, a private beach club with chair and umbrella service, a full-service spa with sauna, steam, and treatment rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center with separate Pilates and yoga studios, a breakfast gallery with ocean views, a children's playroom, a screening room, a wine cellar, a residents' lounge, and 24-hour concierge, butler service, valet, and security. The ultra-low density translates into a staffing ratio closer to a private resort than a typical condominium.
