Faena House · #4C

Faena House is an 18-story oceanfront luxury condominium at 3315 Collins Avenue, completed in 2015 as the residential centerpiece of Alan Faena's culture-driven Faena District in Mid-Beach. The building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning London architecture firm Foster + Partners under the direct hand of Norman Foster, with the sculpted curving terraces -- nicknamed the 'aleros' for their wing-like silhouette -- engineered to capture both ocean and Indian Creek views from every line. Faena House contains just 47 residences, an extraordinarily low-density program for one of the widest sand frontages in Miami Beach, with one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 1,307 to over 8,200 interior square feet and finished in custom oak millwork, stone slabs, and floor-to-ceiling impact glass. The 3315 Collins Avenue address anchors the three-block Faena District master plan, which runs from 32nd to 36th Streets and includes the Faena Hotel (the restored Saxony), Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar, Faena Theater, and Casa Faena. Faena House owners step out into an art-and-culture corridor that includes Damien Hirst's gilded Gone but Not Forgotten mammoth sculpture on the pool deck, the Rem Koolhaas/OMA-designed Faena Forum cultural venue, and the curated Faena Theater nightly cabaret program. The wider neighborhood places residents between the Bandshell to the south, the Eden Roc and Fontainebleau resorts five blocks north, and the Lincoln Road and South Beach corridor a short ride down Collins; the Miami Beach boardwalk runs directly behind the property. Residents at Faena House enjoy full access to the Faena Hotel platform and the wider Faena District, including private beach service with red-cabana attendants, two oceanfront pools, the 22,000-square-foot Tierra Santa Healing House spa featuring one of the largest hammams on the East Coast, shaman-developed body rituals, sauna, steam, and Biologique Recherche and Naturopathic facials, plus a state-of-the-art fitness center. Signature dining inside the district includes Los Fuegos by Argentine grillmaster Francis Mallmann and Pao by Paul Qui, and the Faena Theater and Forum sit one block west. The Faena House amenity package is ultra-exclusive, art-forward, and full-service, making it one of the most coveted ultra-luxury condos in Mid-Beach Miami.
