Kenilworth · #1704

Kenilworth is an 18-story oceanfront condominium at 10205 Collins Avenue at the southern gateway of the village of Bal Harbour, directly across Collins Avenue from Bal Harbour Shops and a short walk to Haulover Park. Completed in 1975, the Kenilworth building totals 151 residences laid out across nine different floor plan types, with most lines configured to capture eastern exposure to the Atlantic Ocean and western exposure across Biscayne Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway, and many of the larger lines featuring wraparound balconies. Kenilworth has undergone an extensive renovation that includes a redesigned lobby, two updated fitness centers, and a refreshed oceanfront pool and amenity deck. The Kenilworth site is positioned at the entrance to Bal Harbour Village, with Bal Harbour Shops, the St. Regis Bal Harbour, the Sea View Hotel, and the One Bal Harbour resort within a short walk and the entire Bal Harbour residential strip rolling north toward Surfside. Haulover Park, Haulover Marina, and the Haulover Inlet bridge sit just south of the property, separating Bal Harbour from Sunny Isles Beach by a few blocks of dune and inlet. Aventura Mall is ten minutes north over the Broad Causeway, South Beach is fifteen south on Collins, and Miami International Airport is about thirty minutes via the Julia Tuttle Causeway. Residences at Kenilworth feature classic large-format Florida layouts with deep terraces, panoramic ocean and Intracoastal exposures, and the wraparound balconies that have made the building's lines popular with long-term Bal Harbour residents. The Kenilworth amenity program reflects the village's residential country-club tradition and includes a heated oceanfront swimming pool, a private beachfront with direct sand access, a beach pavilion, a lighted tennis court, two recently renovated fitness centers, a sauna, a spa, and a hot tub, a clubhouse with billiards and a community lounge, a library, BBQ grilling areas, a children's play area, and bike and jog paths through landscaped grounds. Service includes 24-hour security, secured parking with complimentary valet, an attended lobby, bike storage, high-speed elevators, and a courtesy shuttle to nearby destinations.
