The Rider Residences · #411

The Rider Residences is a 12-story, 152-residence boutique condominium under construction at 94 NE 29th Street in the Wynwood Arts District, developed by Rilea Group in partnership with Argentine firm Ciprés with architecture by Deforma Studio and interiors by Radyca. Rilea Group and Ciprés broke ground in March 2025, and the building topped off in September 2026, with completion targeted for the second half of 2027. The project was about half sold at topping off, with prices from about $550,000 to $2.4 million. All 152 residences at The Rider Residences are delivered fully finished and furnished, with ground-floor retail at street level activating the corner. The Rider site sits on the eastern edge of Wynwood at the border with Edgewater, three blocks from Wynwood Walls, the RC Cola Plant, and the bars and restaurants along NW 2nd Avenue including Coyo Taco, Wynwood Brewing Company, and Joey's Italian Cafe. The Miami Design District's luxury retail anchors including Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and the Institute of Contemporary Art Miami sit a quarter mile north, the Shops at Midtown with Target, Sephora, and West Elm are within a five-minute walk, and Biscayne Bay frontage at Margaret Pace Park is six blocks east. The I-195 ramp and the Julia Tuttle Causeway puts Mid- and South Beach within a 10-minute drive, and Brightline MiamiCentral handles regional rail two miles south. PortMiami and Miami International Airport are both under 20 minutes via I-95 and SR-836. The Rider Residences program borrows from Wynwood's creative-class identity, with Radyca-designed interiors that lean into the neighborhood's gallery and studio vocabulary. The Rider amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, co-working spaces, a residents lounge, and 24-hour concierge, paired with ground-floor retail that activates the streetfront. The fully finished and furnished delivery model is increasingly common for new Wynwood condos and supports both end users and short-term-rental investors. The Rilea Group portfolio includes the One Brickell City Centre office and One Bayfront Plaza projects, and Ciprés brings a track record of mixed-use development across Buenos Aires and Miami.
