The Rider Residences is a 12-story, 146-unit boutique condominium under construction at 94 NE 29th Street in the Wynwood Arts District, developed by Rilea Group in partnership with Argentine firm Ciprés with architecture by Deforma Studio and interiors by Radyca. Rilea Group and Ciprés broke ground in March 2025, and vertical construction is moving at roughly one floor every one to two weeks, putting the topping-out milestone within reach this year and overall completion of The Rider targeted for 2027. All 146 residences at The Rider Residences are delivered fully finished and furnished, with ground-floor retail at street level activating the corner.
