Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences was launched in January 2026 by PMG and LNDMRK at 119 NW 29th Street in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, a two-tower condominium with 244 residences across north and south buildings rising eight and fourteen stories. Carlos Ott leads the architecture, Cotofana Designs handles interiors, and the project is licensed by the Frida Kahlo Corporation, which controls the artist's name and likeness rights. Residences ship fully finished and furnished, studios through three bedrooms, with pricing from approximately $500,000 to $1.6 million. PMG and partners paid roughly $20 million for the one-acre site in 2023, and delivery is targeted for 2029. Wynwood transitioned from warehouse district to gallery and mural neighborhood in the early 2010s through the Wynwood Walls project and Goldman Properties' rezoning push, then layered office towers, food halls, and the first wave of residential condominiums over the past five years. The 29th Street block sits in the core of the arts zone, walking distance to Wynwood Walls, the Margulies Collection at the Warehouse, the Rubell Museum, and the food-and-bar concentration along NW 2nd Avenue. The Design District is roughly half a mile north and Midtown Miami's retail center is two blocks east on Midtown Boulevard. The Wynwood neighborhood ID and Business Improvement District manage public realm and event programming, with Art Basel Miami Beach week pulling the highest foot traffic of the year through the surrounding blocks. Frida Kahlo Wynwood will run an amenity package shaped around wellness and design rather than the resort-pool format common on the beach. Plans include a resort-style pool, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and fitness studio, plus Baker Health, a New York-based concierge primary care and holistic wellness operator opening its first Florida location at the ground level. Each unit at Frida Kahlo Residences arrives turnkey for owner-occupants or rental operators, an unusual posture for Miami new construction that pairs the licensed art branding with hospitality-style move-in logistics. The Frida Kahlo Wynwood project sits alongside other Wynwood residential entries from PMG, including E11even Hotel & Residences a few blocks east, and reflects PMG's broader push to layer branded residential product across South Florida.
