Marea is a pair of adjoining seven-story buildings at 801 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, holding 30 condominium residences in two- and three-bedroom layouts. The project was developed by the Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscape work by Swiss designer Enzo Enea. Downtown Miami sits roughly eight minutes by car across the MacArthur Causeway, with Brickell another seven minutes south, and the cruise port at Dodge Island is closer to Marea than to most other Miami Beach condominium buildings. Amenity programming at Marea is sized to the 30-unit count rather than the larger Related Group towers. Residents share a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a residents' lounge, and concierge and valet service, with beach service handled directly from the building staff. Each Marea residence opens to private terraces, with select units featuring private plunge pools and direct garden access from the lower floors.
