Oceansound at Key Colony, also marketed as Key Colony II Oceansound, is a 12-story oceanfront condominium at 251 Crandon Boulevard inside the gated Key Colony community on Key Biscayne, the barrier-island village reached from Miami across the Rickenbacker Causeway.
