Ritz-Carlton Residences South Beach · #12B

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach is a boutique oceanfront condominium rising above the historic Sagamore and Ritz-Carlton South Beach hotels at 1671 Collins Avenue, with only 30 custom residences across the entire tower. Sobe Sky Development is leading the project alongside Lionstone Development, Flag Luxury Group, and the Ben-Josef Group, with architecture by Kobi Karp, interiors by Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge, and landscape design by Naturalficial. The Ritz-Carlton South Beach Residences are sold as one- to five-bedroom "beach houses in the sky," with two duplex penthouses topped by private rooftop pools, spas, and summer kitchens. Sales launched ahead of a 2027 opening, with delivery targeted to coincide with the reopening of the renovated Sagamore and Ritz-Carlton hotel campus below. The 1671 Collins address sits in the heart of the Art Deco Historic District, with roughly 100 linear feet of oceanfront and direct beach access. Lincoln Road is a four-block walk west, Ocean Drive and Lummus Park are minutes south, and the Faena District sits at the northern tip of the South Beach grid. Joe's Stone Crab in the SoFi (South of Fifth) district is a short ride south, and the Bass Museum, the Convention Center, and the New World Symphony are all within walking distance. The Sagamore's existing art-driven hotel program continues underneath the new tower, integrating the residences into one of Collins Avenue's longest-running cultural addresses. Residences at the Ritz-Carlton Residences South Beach feature roughly 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, private elevator access, custom Studio Munge kitchens with premium European cabinetry, Gaggenau or equivalent appliances, and spa baths with freestanding tubs. Michelin-starred chef Jose Andres leads the culinary program. Owners share over 50,000 square feet of residents-only amenities: an oceanfront pool deck, residents' beach club, Technogym fitness center, a wellness spa with sauna and steam, a screening room, a private dining room with catering kitchen, a wine lounge, and the full Ritz-Carlton concierge and in-residence service platform.
