Oceanside is the oceanfront condominium row on the Atlantic edge of Fisher Island, the 216-acre private island off the southern tip of Miami Beach that is reachable only by ferry, private yacht or helicopter and is consistently ranked among the wealthiest ZIP codes in the United States.
