Oceanside is the oceanfront condominium row on the Atlantic edge of Fisher Island, the 216-acre private island off the southern tip of Miami Beach that is reachable only by ferry, private yacht or helicopter and is consistently ranked among the wealthiest ZIP codes in the United States. The Oceanside collection at Fisher Island spans a string of low-rise oceanfront buildings between 7211 and 8061 Fisher Island Drive built progressively from 1989 through 2002, with the most recent Oceanside tower at 7211 Fisher Island Drive completed in 2002 across ten residential floors and 234 residences.
