Oceanside · #7938-D

Oceanside is the oceanfront condominium row on the Atlantic edge of Fisher Island, the 216-acre private island off the southern tip of Miami Beach that is reachable only by ferry, private yacht or helicopter and is consistently ranked among the wealthiest ZIP codes in the United States. The Oceanside collection at Fisher Island spans a string of low-rise oceanfront buildings between 7211 and 8061 Fisher Island Drive built progressively from 1989 through 2002, with the most recent Oceanside tower at 7211 Fisher Island Drive completed in 2002 across ten residential floors and 234 residences. Floor plans at Oceanside Fisher Island run from roughly 2,420 to more than 5,090 interior square feet in two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations, plus a small collection of penthouse homes with larger floor plates and double-height ceilings. The Oceanside parcel fronts the Atlantic at Government Cut and looks north toward the South of Fifth blocks of South Beach and the Miami Beach skyline, with the Miami Beach Marina and Smith Cove on the west side of the island and the deep-water Fisher Island Club Marina sheltered along the Intracoastal. Residents reach the mainland only via the Fisher Island ferry from the MacArthur Causeway terminus, and the island uses golf carts as its primary form of transportation, which keeps the Atlantic-facing Oceanside row largely free of street noise. Residences at Oceanside Fisher Island feature deep oceanfront balconies, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, marble flooring, stainless steel appliance packages, gourmet kitchens and generous primary suites with spa-style baths. Building-level amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi reserved for Oceanside owners, assigned golf cart spaces, assigned parking and dedicated Fisher Island security. Oceanside ownership at Fisher Island also unlocks the full Fisher Island Club program, which spans nearly two miles of private beach, the Vanderbilt-era Mansion clubhouse, the P.B. Dye-designed nine-hole golf course, eighteen tennis courts at the Tennis Center, the Spa Internazionale, multiple oceanfront restaurants and the deep-water marina.
