The Mansions on Fisher Island, also known as the Links Estates, is a collection of six custom single-family estate homes under construction along the golf course on Fisher Island, the private 216-acre island between Miami Beach and Virginia Key reachable only by ferry, boat or helicopter. Madar Group USA is developing the homes on a 2.5-acre assemblage purchased for about $40 million in 2024, with architecture by Portuondo Perotti, interiors by Ford Interiors and construction by ASR Construction, the island's builder since 1996. The estates run from roughly 8,500 to more than 18,000 square feet and are the only new single-family homes on Fisher Island. Each freestanding residence is oriented for sunrise and sunset views with private elevators, rooftop wellness retreats, custom Italian millwork and natural stone, bespoke kitchens, spa-inspired baths, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and terraces, private pools and gardens, four-car garages, office suites, entertainment lounges and children's play areas. Three homes sold for a combined $105.5 million by May 2026, and the remaining residences are priced from $34 million to $57 million for the roughly 18,000-square-foot estate on a half-acre lot. Ownership includes Fisher Island Club membership with the championship golf course, Beach Club, deep-water marina, Spa Internazionale and Racquet Club. Ground broke in February 2025 with deliveries projected from late 2026 into 2027. South Beach and Downtown Miami are minutes away by the residents' car ferry.
