La Baia North · #311

La Baia North is an eight-story bayfront condominium at 9481 East Bay Harbor Drive, developed by Continuum Company under Ian Bruce Eichner, the same team behind Continuum South Beach. Construction topped off in April 2026, with delivery anticipated in 2027, and the project was reported more than 60 percent sold before topping off. Architecture is by Luis Revuelta, with interiors by Durukan Design and landscape and pool design by C. Wright Studios. The building holds 68 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms, with ceiling heights near nine feet in standard homes and ten feet in upper-floor penthouses, Miele kitchens, and bay-facing terraces. The La Baia North Bay Harbor Islands site sits on the eastern, ocean-leaning side of the island, a 90-second walk from Kane Concourse cafes and a five-minute drive to Bal Harbour Shops and Bal Harbour Beach. Surfside's Carbone, Le Zoo at Bal Harbour, and the Surfside Community Center are within a 10-minute radius. The Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center, one of the highest-rated public schools in Miami-Dade, is roughly four blocks away, and the Broad Causeway connects directly to North Miami and I-95 in under 10 minutes. Bay Harbor Islands itself is a residential, two-island municipality with its own police force and a low-rise streetscape that feels closer to a New England village than to Miami Beach proper. La Baia at 9481 East Bay Harbor delivers one of the most complete amenity programs on the island: a roughly 9,700-square-foot rooftop deck split into adult and family zones, a rooftop pool with sun shelf, heated soaking spa, sunset firepit lounge, summer kitchen, kids' splash pad, and a separate kids' grill area. Boating is central, with private resident slips, a dock-side water sports launch with kayaks and paddleboards, and direct ocean access through Haulover Inlet. Add a Tesla house car, 24/7 valet, on-site property manager, and a co-working office, and the Continuum team has effectively built a small resort behind the boutique scale.
