La Baia North

La Baia North is an eight-story boutique condominium at 9481 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. It is the second and final phase of Continuum Company's La Baia enclave, following the sold-out La Baia South. The developer, led by Ian Bruce Eichner of Continuum South Beach, lists 57 residences. Architecture is by Luis Revuelta, interiors are by Durukan Design, landscape and pool design are by C. Wright Studios, and Jacob Companies is the general contractor. The project broke ground in fall 2024, when 60 percent of the residences were reportedly sold. It secured a $67 million construction loan from S3 Capital in 2025, when it was reported 75 percent pre-sold, and it topped off in April 2026. Completion is anticipated in early 2027, and the project's sales materials point to the first quarter. Residences have two to four bedrooms, run roughly 1,400 to 2,100 square feet and include private terraces. Pricing was reported to start at $1.4 million at launch, and current sales material describes the remaining inventory as limited. Amenities total more than 20,000 square feet. A rooftop deck of roughly 9,700 square feet holds a pool, heated soaking spas, a sunset lounge with a fire pit, and a family zone with a splash pad, play lawn, grill station and play tents. On the water, residents get a dockside pick-up and drop-off area, a water-sports launch with kayaks and paddleboards, and private boat slips. Indoors there are a residents' club room, a fitness center and a business office. Services include full-time valet, front desk service and an on-site property manager. Bay Harbor Islands is a small, low-rise waterfront town beside Bal Harbour, close to the Kane Concourse dining strip and the Broad Causeway to the mainland.
