Onda Residences is a completed boutique bayfront condominium at 1135 103rd Street in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group with Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties. Sales launched in 2021, and the eight-story, 41-residence building received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in mid-2024, by which point nearly every residence had been presold. Coastal Construction built the project, Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed it, Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture created the interiors, and Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design handled the landscape. Shared amenities include a rooftop pool deck and lounge, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, a yoga studio, and a spa with massage rooms, a steam bath and a sauna. Front desk reception, covered valet drop-off, EV charging, bicycle and residential storage, an integrated digital concierge and fiber-to-the-home internet round out the services.
