Onda Residences · #502

Onda Residences is a completed boutique bayfront condominium at 1135 103rd Street in Bay Harbor Islands, developed by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group with Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties. Sales launched in 2021, and the eight-story, 41-residence building received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in mid-2024, by which point nearly every residence had been presold. Coastal Construction built the project, Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed it, Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture created the interiors, and Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design handled the landscape. The site has more than 300 linear feet of bay frontage with views across Biscayne Bay toward the Atlantic. Its private marina holds 15 boat slips reserved for residents, and a water sports launch dock offers kayaks, paddleboards and direct ocean access through nearby Haulover Inlet. Bay Harbor Islands stays low-rise and residential, and Kane Concourse, Bal Harbour Shops and the Surfside beachfront are all close by. Residences range from two- to four-bedroom plus den layouts of about 1,809 to 3,535 square feet. Four penthouses reach up to 5,073 square feet, and two of them have private rooftop pool decks. Interiors include Snaidero kitchens with Miele appliances, Italian marble bathrooms with Milldue cabinetry, Italian flooring, floor-to-ceiling impact sliding glass, private or semi-private elevators, terraces with private gardens, and air and water filtration systems. Shared amenities include a rooftop pool deck and lounge, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, a yoga studio, and a spa with massage rooms, a steam bath and a sauna. Front desk reception, covered valet drop-off, EV charging, bicycle and residential storage, an integrated digital concierge and fiber-to-the-home internet round out the services. With the developer inventory sold, buying at Onda now means a resale, so check the current listings on this page or set an alert for the next residence that comes to market.
