Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach is a 28-story oceanfront condominium at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard, the first standalone Waldorf Astoria residences in the world, with no hotel. Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures with Hilton and designed by Nichols Architects with KORA, interiors by BAMO and landscape by Enea, it holds 92 residences of two to five bedrooms, about 2,100 to 6,100 square feet, each with private elevator entry, and a penthouse collection with terraces of 3,200 to 3,500 square feet. Sales launched in November 2023 from $2.5 million, the project broke ground in April 2025 more than 70 percent sold, secured a $160 million construction loan, and topped off in May 2026 more than 85 percent sold. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2027.
