Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach is a 28-story oceanfront condominium at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard, the first standalone Waldorf Astoria residences in the world, with no hotel. Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures with Hilton and designed by Nichols Architects with KORA, interiors by BAMO and landscape by Enea, it holds 92 residences of two to five bedrooms, about 2,100 to 6,100 square feet, each with private elevator entry, and a penthouse collection with terraces of 3,200 to 3,500 square feet. Sales launched in November 2023 from $2.5 million, the project broke ground in April 2025 more than 70 percent sold, secured a $160 million construction loan, and topped off in May 2026 more than 85 percent sold. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2027. The two-acre site has about 200 feet of beach on the ocean side of A1A in Pompano Beach, between the Hillsboro Inlet and the Pompano Beach pier district, about 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale Beach and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Amenities include a 20,000-square-foot oceanfront pool deck with cabanas and an outdoor bar, a private marina of about 24 slips, a beachside cafe and a ground-floor restaurant, and more than 15,000 square feet indoors: a spa with treatment rooms and dual saunas, a fitness center and movement studio, a billiards lounge, a multi-sport simulator, a children's entertainment center and a Peacock Alley lounge. Waldorf Astoria staff provide 24-hour concierge, in-residence dining, beach and pool service and housekeeping.
