Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach

Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach is a planned pair of 19-story condominium towers at 1550 N Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Giorgio Armani described it as the third Armani residential project in the United States. It is a separate project from the completed Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles Beach. SP Developments, led by Tomas Sinisterra, is developing the towers with Vertical Developments, WellDuo and GCF Development. G3 Architecture designed the buildings, the Armani/Casa design studio is creating the interiors and West 8 is the landscape architect. Fortune Development Sales was named to lead sales at the 2024 launch. The project has just 28 residences, one per floor, split between the two towers. The developer lists three-bedroom residences and two penthouses, each spanning two floors with a private rooftop terrace and spa pool. Every residence has a 360-degree wraparound terrace, and each tower has two private elevators. Residences get two parking spaces and penthouses three. Interiors include Molteni Armani/Casa eat-in kitchens with European marble countertops and Gaggenau appliances. Primary baths have two rain showers and a freestanding soaking tub. West 8's landscape plan adds a park with native canopy, gardens and lily-pad pools. The developer's amenity list includes private beach access, a central pool and jacuzzi with cabanas, a covered oceanfront pool, a fitness center with a yoga and Pilates area, and a spa with a sauna, steam room, hammam and cold plunge. A business lounge, media room, concierge and EV charging round out the list. A company led by Sinisterra bought the site in 2015, and it moved to the current development entity in 2023. The project was announced in November 2024 with prices from $5 million and a 2025 groundbreaking target. No construction start has been reported, and the county still classed the site as vacant land in 2026. Cultured reported that Giorgio Armani, who died in September 2025, was closely involved in the project.
