Brickell Townhouse · #18U

Brickell Townhouse is a 21-story bayfront condominium at 2451 Brickell Avenue in southern Brickell, Miami, completed in 1963 and one of the original residential high-rises along Brickell Avenue. The Brickell Townhouse building contains approximately 357 residences in one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, with floor plans ranging from 832 to 2,890 square feet. The Brickell Townhouse tower underwent a substantial renovation in 2000 that updated the lobby, common areas, and building systems while preserving the original mid-century architecture, and many Brickell Townhouse units have since been renovated individually with new kitchens, baths, and flooring. Residences at Brickell Townhouse feature wide private balconies, large layouts uncommon in newer Brickell construction, and direct or partial Biscayne Bay views. The 2451 Brickell Avenue address sits on the southern stretch of Brickell Avenue between the Brickell Bay Club site to the north and the Four Ambassadors to the south. The Brickell Townhouse site occupies a wide waterfront parcel along Biscayne Bay, with a private bayfront pool deck, tropical landscaping, and a tennis court at ground level. Mary Brickell Village is a 12-minute walk or three-minute drive north, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens sits a five-minute drive south on South Miami Avenue, and the Rickenbacker Causeway entrance is half a mile south providing access to Key Biscayne, Crandon Park, and the Miami Seaquarium. Brickell Townhouse amenities include a bayfront swimming pool, a fitness center, a tennis court, a bayfront walking path, valet parking, controlled-access entry, and 24-hour security. The low-rise tropical setting of the Brickell Townhouse grounds gives the building a residential country-club feel that differs sharply from the glass-tower density along the central Brickell corridor. Brickell Townhouse offers some of the lowest per-square-foot prices on Brickell Avenue waterfront real estate, making it a value entry point for buyers who want larger floor plans and direct bay exposure.
