Oceana Bal Harbour · #303

Oceana Bal Harbour is a twin-tower oceanfront condominium at 10201 and 10203 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, completed in 2017 by Consultatio USA with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Italian designer Piero Lissoni, and landscape design by Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea. The Oceana property includes two 28-story towers on the former Bal Harbour Club site, totaling roughly 240 residences across one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom flow-through layouts ranging from 1,323 to over 9,371 interior square feet plus terraces. Each Oceana residence features 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, private elevator foyers, Italian marble flooring, Dada kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, marble baths, and deep east-west terraces with both sunrise ocean exposures and sunset Intracoastal exposures. The Oceana Bal Harbour site sits on six acres with 400 feet of Atlantic beachfront, directly across Collins Avenue from Bal Harbour Shops, the open-air luxury retail center anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Harry Winston, Chanel, Hermes, Cartier, and Tiffany & Co., with dining from Makoto, Le Zoo, Carpaccio, and Hillstone. Surfside and the Four Seasons Surf Club sit immediately south on Collins, Sunny Isles Beach is five minutes north, Aventura Mall is about ten minutes inland, the Aventura Brightline station is fifteen minutes away, and Miami Beach, Wynwood, the Design District, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and Brickell are all within a twenty- to thirty-minute drive. Miami International Airport sits about twenty-five minutes southwest and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport about thirty minutes north. Oceana residents share two oceanfront pools, a private beach club with cabanas and beach service, a clay tennis court, a fitness center, a spa with treatment rooms, a 6,000-square-foot oceanfront restaurant, a wine cellar, a children's room, a teen lounge, a screening room, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. The Oceana art collection includes Jeff Koons sculptures Pluto and Proserpina and Ballerina installed on the public-art portion of the grounds, alongside curated works that anchor the lobby and common spaces. Landscape designer Enzo Enea contributed the garden program around the towers, including a curated tree collection that runs from the porte cochere to the pool deck.
