The Mark on Brickell · #1001

The Mark on Brickell is a 36-story bayfront condominium at 1155 Brickell Bay Drive in the Brickell financial corridor, completed in 2001 by Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. The Mark on Brickell tower holds approximately 360 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass, sliding doors to private terraces, granite kitchens with stainless appliances, in-residence washers and dryers, modern open layouts, and direct Biscayne Bay or downtown Miami skyline views from upper floors. The unit mix at The Mark covers a broader range of layouts than many of the newer Brickell towers, with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom plans available across the same building and floor plates that include both stack and tower configurations. The Brickell Bay Drive address at The Mark on Brickell sits one block from Biscayne Bay along the eastern edge of Brickell, walking distance to Brickell City Centre with the Saks Fifth Avenue, the CMX cinema, and the Equinox club, Mary Brickell Village, the Brickell Metromover stations on the Inner Loop, the Brickell Metrorail station for the Orange and Green lines, and the cluster of restaurants and bars along Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue. The Mark on Brickell's direct neighbors include Jade at Brickell Bay, Bristol Tower, The Club at Brickell Bay, Santa Maria, and Atlantic on Brickell, with Brickell Key visible across the channel to the north and the Mandarin Oriental Miami on the island opposite. The Mark on Brickell sits within walking distance of Casa Tua Brickell, Sexy Fish, Komodo, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, and the broader Brickell dining scene. The Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne sits a short drive south. The Mark on Brickell pairs an on-site restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating with a bayfront sun deck, a heated swimming pool, and a whirlpool spa overlooking the bay. Additional Mark on Brickell amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a tennis court, a party room with a catering kitchen and billiards, a business center, a double-height lobby with attended front desk, 24-hour security, and valet parking. The Related Group / Sieger Suarez combination at The Mark predates the same team's later projects at Apogee South Beach, Icon Brickell, SLS Brickell, and Paraiso District down the corridor, and the building was one of the early signals of the modern Brickell condominium era. The Mark on Brickell remains a steady mid-tier option in the Brickell Bay Drive bayfront sub-corridor alongside The Club at Brickell Bay and 1100 Millecento.
