Loft Downtown II · #1712

Loft Downtown II (recorded as The Loft Downtown II Condo, also called The Loft 2 or Loft 2) is a loft-style condominium tower at 133 NE 2nd Avenue in Downtown Miami, with a Metromover station built into its base. Miami-Dade property records list a 2007 year built. It is the larger sister building to Loft Downtown I, which stands nearby at 234 NE 3rd Street. County records list 495 residences on floors two through 36 (there is no 13th floor), with eight units on the second floor, 11 per floor on floors three through eight and 16 per floor from the ninth floor up, plus two commercial units. Loft 2 condos range from studio lofts of about 620 to 650 square feet and one-bedroom lofts of about 620 to 1,035 square feet to two-bedroom residences of about 905 to 1,155 square feet in MLS records. Typical finishes include polished concrete floors, ceilings of about 10 to 12 feet, floor-to-ceiling impact windows, European-style kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite or quartz counters, in-unit washers and dryers and balconies, some of them wraparound corner balconies. The top-floor penthouse lofts have ceilings of about 20 feet, and many lofts keep an open sleeping area, while others have sliding partitions or enclosed bedrooms. The building has two pools: a lap pool on a lower amenity level and a rooftop pool on the 36th floor with views over the city and Biscayne Bay. The rooftop also holds the fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and residents have a hot tub, a club room with billiards and an entertainment area, a two-story lobby with high-speed elevators and a 24-hour concierge with controlled-access entry. There is no garage inside the tower; parking is available in the municipal garage across the street, which listings quote at about $60 to $70 a month. MLS listings report that water and basic cable and internet are included. Beyond the built-in Metromover stop, the tower is a short walk from Brightline's MiamiCentral station, Miami Worldcenter, the Kaseya Center, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Miami Dade College's Wolfson Campus and the restaurants of the revitalized Flagler Street. Loft Downtown II has an active rental market, and MLS records most often show up to 12 leases a year, while pet rules vary by listing (a 20-pound limit is common), so buyers should confirm current association rules. As of October 2026, 40 Loft Downtown II condos were listed for sale at asking prices from about $285,000 to $600,000 and 68 were offered for rent at about $2,050 to $5,000 a month; 14 sales in the prior 12 months closed between about $248,000 and $539,000, at a median of about $445 per square foot.
