Hamptons West · #615

Hamptons West is a 26-story Aventura condominium at 20281 E Country Club Drive, completed in 1984 as one of the original high-rise towers on the Country Club Drive corridor. The building holds approximately 342 residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts between 1,400 and 2,447 square feet, alongside larger penthouses on the upper floors. The Hamptons West design uses a contemporary whitewash and glass facade that was unusual for South Florida in the mid-1980s and that remains a signature on the corridor. Many units have been renovated over the past two decades with open kitchens, stone counters, porcelain flooring, and updated baths, and most residences feature deep balconies facing the Turnberry golf course, the Intracoastal Waterway, or the Atlantic to the east. The Hamptons West site sits inside the guard-gated Country Club Drive loop in Aventura, a tree-lined three-mile path that wraps the Turnberry Isle golf complex and serves as the neighborhood's main walking, running, and cycling route. Aventura Mall, the country's seventh-largest retail center, is less than a mile west; the Aventura Brightline station connects directly to Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando; Don Soffer Aventura High School and Whole Foods sit within walking distance; and the Village at Gulfstream Park and Hard Rock Stadium are within a fifteen-minute drive. Sunny Isles Beach and the Atlantic beaches sit just east across the William Lehman Causeway, and Bal Harbour Shops is fifteen minutes south on Collins Avenue. Residents of Hamptons West share an infinity-style waterfront pool with sundeck and cabanas, four tennis courts, a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, an on-site restaurant, a multi-purpose social room, a dog walk area, a card room, and a billiards room. The Hamptons West complex also runs a private beach shuttle to its affiliated oceanfront cabana, and the Country Club Drive promenade and Aventura Circle running path begin directly outside the gate. Service includes 24-hour valet, 24-hour security, concierge, on-site management, and ample covered and guest parking.
