Mystic Pointe Tower 100 · #2004

Mystic Pointe Tower 100, legally Mystic Pointe Condominium No. Two, is a 31-story Intracoastal condominium at 19195 NE 36th Court in Aventura, one of six towers in the gated Mystic Pointe community at the southeast corner of the Turnberry Isle area. Completed in 1989, according to Miami-Dade property records, its legal name marks it as the complex's second condominium, after Tower 300 (Condominium No. One). Charles Sieger and Jose Suarez of the Sieger architectural firm designed the complex's Y-shaped towers around central elevator foyers, so most residences take views in more than one direction. County records list 280 residences on floors 1 through 31, ten per typical floor. The ten lines run from about 857 to 1,722 square feet: one-bedroom plans on the 04 line (about 857 square feet) and 07 line (about 1,083 square feet), two-bedroom plans of about 1,183 to 1,403 square feet on the 01, 02, 03, 05, 08, 09 and 10 lines, and a three-bedroom 06 line of about 1,722 square feet. Listings highlight a two-bedroom plan with two primary suites, eat-in kitchens with breakfast nooks opening to the balcony, walk-in closets, hurricane shutters and water views toward the Intracoastal and ocean. Tower 100 owners use Mystic Pointe's shared facilities: six clay tennis courts plus pickleball and basketball courts, heated pools including a water-facing pool, a fitness center, sauna and spa, a billiard room, a community room and children's play area, and a marina that takes vessels up to about 100 feet. The complex has 24-hour security, valet parking and concierge service, plus an on-site restaurant and cafe and a dog park. Listings note a remodeled lobby and bike storage in the building. The NE 36th Court address puts Tower 100 within walking distance of Aventura Mall, according to listings, and a short drive from Aventura Hospital, the Turnberry golf courses and the Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront.
