Ocean Park South Beach · #402

Ocean Park South Beach is a boutique 5-story condominium at 304 and 312 Ocean Drive in South of Fifth, completed in 2021 and designed by Revuelta Architecture International. The building delivers 10 ultra-low-density residences plus two four-bedroom penthouses, with the penthouses spanning roughly 2,393 interior square feet and an additional 2,200-plus square feet of terrace space. Two- and three-bedroom layouts at Ocean Park South Beach range from approximately 1,117 to 1,715 square feet, all served by private elevators that open directly into home foyers. Kitchens at Ocean Park are by Poliform with Matte Touch cabinets, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance packages, and Silestone Calacatta Gold stone grooved waterfall countertops and backsplashes, and interiors feature light oak floors and natural-stone bath finishes throughout. The Ocean Drive address at Ocean Park South Beach sits directly across from Lummus Park and the Atlantic shoreline, two blocks from Joe's Stone Crab, three blocks from South Pointe Park, and four blocks south of the formal Art Deco District. The SoFi restaurant cluster on Washington Avenue, the Smith & Wollensky terrace on Government Cut, the South Pointe Pier, and the bay walk past Murano at Portofino and Continuum are within walking distance of Ocean Park. MacArthur Causeway access is one block north at Fifth Street, putting Brickell, Brickell City Centre, and the Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key within a 10-minute drive. The South Pointe Pier and beach are visible from the south-facing penthouses at Ocean Park, and Lummus Park's Boardwalk connects the building north to Lincoln Road in a 15-minute walk. Residents at Ocean Park South Beach access a 36-foot heated rooftop pool, an outdoor spa with jacuzzi, a summer kitchen and grilling area, a state-of-the-art fitness center, light-oak and natural-stone-finished common spaces, secured covered parking, beach service to Lummus Park, 24-hour concierge, valet, private climate-controlled storage, and bike storage. Ocean Park's low unit count -- twelve total residences across two adjacent buildings at 304 and 312 Ocean Drive -- keeps the service program tightly scaled and the common areas effectively private for owners. The combination of Poliform kitchens, Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances, and direct Ocean Drive frontage positions Ocean Park as one of South of Fifth's most boutique deliveries of the past decade.
