Fort Partners, the developer behind The Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside, built the tower, Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design designed it, and it opened in March 2022. Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the public spaces, guest rooms and suites, Martin Brudnizki designed the restaurants, lounges and pool area, and Fernando Wong designed the landscape.
