Mystic Pointe Tower 500, legally Mystic Pointe Tower 500 Condominium, rises 33 stories at 3530 Mystic Pointe Drive in Aventura. With 481 residences it is the biggest building in Mystic Pointe, the six-tower gated complex on the Intracoastal next to Turnberry Isle. County property records give 1991 as its completion year, the same as Tower 600, making the two the last towers completed in the complex. The architects, Charles Sieger and Jose Suarez, again used a three-winged Y floor plate around a central elevator lobby. County records show 15 residences per typical floor up to the 32nd floor, plus a lower-penthouse level and a penthouse level of 15 residences each. One floor plate yields seven sizes: three-bedroom corner residences on the 01 and 15 lines of about 1,694 square feet; two-bedrooms on the 09 and 10 lines of about 1,447 square feet; the 02 and 14 lines of about 1,365 square feet; the 05 and 06 lines of about 1,361 square feet; the 04, 07, 08, 11 and 12 lines of about 1,181 square feet; and the compact 03 and 13 lines of about 1,091 square feet. Listings describe direct ocean and Intracoastal views from the best lines, marble floors, crown molding, custom closets, hurricane shutters and in-unit washers and dryers. For recreation, Tower 500 owners rely on Mystic Pointe's heated pools and hot tub, its clay courts, a billiard room, fitness rooms and the community marina, which handles boats approaching 100 feet. Guards, valet attendants and a concierge staff the property day and night. As of October 2026, its size also gave it more listings for sale and for rent than any other Mystic Pointe tower. Founders Park, Aventura Mall and the restaurants along Biscayne Boulevard are minutes from the tower, and the beaches of Sunny Isles Beach lie just across the Intracoastal. Mystic Pointe Tower 500 condos appeal to both year-round residents and seasonal owners. MLS records cap leasing at one lease a year. Thirteen Mystic Pointe Tower 500 condos sold over the 12 months ending October 2026, from $330,000 to $820,000, with a median near $341 per square foot. Twenty-four Mystic Pointe Tower 500 condos for sale were listed at about $395,000 to $1.2 million, and 13 were offered for rent at $3,000 to $4,300 a month.
