Brickell Place III · #C709

Brickell Place III is the 21-story Tower C of the four-tower Brickell Place complex at 1915 Brickell Avenue, completed in 1980 as part of the second Brickell Place phase along with Tower D at 1925 Brickell. The Brickell Place III tower delivered residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with the same generous square footage, deep private terraces, formal foyers, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass that defined the original 1975 towers -- design carried over because the second phase was deliberately built to match. Tower C sits between the original phase (1865 and 1901 Brickell) and the southernmost Tower D, with most residences enjoying direct Biscayne Bay exposures and many fully renovated with contemporary kitchens, baths, and porcelain or wood flooring. The 1915 Brickell Avenue address sits in southern Brickell between SE 19th and SE 20th Roads, on the bayside stretch of Millionaires' Row south of Bristol Tower and the Atlantis Condominium. The Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne and Crandon Park is a four-minute drive south, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is six minutes south, and Coconut Grove's CocoWalk, Dinner Key Marina, and Regatta Park are 10 minutes further. Brickell City Centre with its Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, and EAST Miami hotel is a five-minute drive north on Brickell Avenue, Mary Brickell Village is roughly the same, and the Brickell Metrorail station is six blocks northwest. Simpson Park Hammock -- three blocks west -- preserves one of the last fragments of original Brickell pine rockland. Brickell Place III residents share the bayfront amenity campus that runs across all four Brickell Place towers. The shared program includes multiple swimming pools, a private marina with deepwater boat slips, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, saunas, a club room, a children's playroom, and gated mature landscaped grounds with direct Biscayne Bay frontage. Service includes 24-hour gated security, doormen, on-site management, valet parking, and storage cages assigned to each unit. The four-tower park-like waterfront campus -- uncommon in modern Brickell construction -- gives Brickell Place III a quieter residential character within a five-minute drive of the Financial District.
