Together with the North tower at 1101 SW 1st Avenue, the Axis on Brickell complex delivered approximately 718 residences across both towers in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Axis South units feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, open European-style kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance packages, in-unit washer/dryer, and private balconies, with corner residences capturing wraparound exposures across Brickell and the downtown skyline. The 79 SW 12th Street address sits at the corner of South Miami Avenue and SW 12th Street in central Brickell, three blocks south of Brickell City Centre. The Climate Ribbon mall with Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, CMX cinema, and the EAST Miami hotel is a four-minute walk north, and Mary Brickell Village with its Publix, Rosa Mexicano, and Truluck's is two blocks west. The Axis on Brickell amenity deck is shared across the two towers and includes over 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a resort-style heated swimming pool with BBQ and lounge zones, an outdoor whirlpool spa, a private steam and massage spa, a fully equipped fitness center with strength and cardio equipment, a yoga and Pilates studio, a residents' lounge, a media room, a library, a business center, a children's playroom, and a pet area.
