The Ivory Bay Harbor · #704

The Ivory (also called The Ivory Residence or The Ivory Bay Harbor) is a nine-story boutique waterfront condominium at 9261 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands, on the Indian Creek side of the eastern island. Brick O. Real Estate developed the building and Frankel Benayoun Bodas Mani Anger (Frankel Benayoun Architects) designed it; it was completed in 2017 and officially opened in November 2017. For buyers comparing Bay Harbor Islands waterfront condos, The Ivory is one of the newer low-rise buildings on the island. Miami-Dade property records list 40 residences on floors three through nine, arranged in seven lines (01 to 07), with the 01, 03, 04 and 05 lines rising to the ninth floor. MLS records for The Ivory condos show one-bedroom-plus-den layouts of about 1,030 to 1,160 square feet, two-bedroom residences of about 1,030 to 1,960 square feet and three-bedroom units of about 1,305 square feet; many plans add a den and a second or third full bath. Residences have open floor plans, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and large terraces, with views across Indian Creek toward Miami Beach and, from upper floors, over Bay Harbor Islands and Biscayne Bay. The rooftop sundeck has a pool and hot tub with views of the ocean and canal, and the building also has a fitness center, a meeting room and a parking garage. At opening the developer included eight boat slips on Indian Creek, and some resale listings convey a slip with the unit, an uncommon feature for a building of this size. MLS listings report pet restrictions, and the association fee has run about $1.22 per square foot per month in recent listings. East Bay Harbor Drive sits a short walk from the Kane Concourse dining and shopping strip, synagogues and the Ruth K. Broad Bay Harbor K-8 Center public school. Bal Harbour Shops and the beach in Bal Harbour and Surfside are a few minutes east over the 96th Street bridge, and the Broad Causeway leads west to North Miami and Biscayne Boulevard. At the November 2017 opening, more than 70 percent of the residences were sold, with launch prices from the low $700,000s to $2.6 million. As of October 2026, six residences were listed for sale with asking prices from about $995,000 to $1.6 million, and The Ivory condos for rent were advertised from about $3,995 to $6,490 per month; the most recent recorded sale in the past year closed at $950,000.
