The Parc at Turnberry Isle · #1231

The Parc at Turnberry Isle is a twin-tower luxury condominium at 19400 Turnberry Way in Aventura, completed in 2005 by CABI Developers and GICSA with architecture by Behar Font & Partners. Each of the 22-story Parc towers holds about 55 residences for a total of approximately 110 units, with floor plans running from two-bedroom layouts to four-bedroom penthouses. Each residence features a private elevator foyer, 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, marble or wood flooring, gourmet kitchens with European cabinetry and stone counters, deep wraparound terraces, and split-bedroom plans. Most units carry flow-through east-west layouts that give them both sunrise terraces over the Intracoastal and Atlantic and sunset terraces over the Turnberry Isle golf course. The Parc at Turnberry sits adjacent to the JW Marriott Turnberry Resort and the Turnberry Isle golf complex inside the gated Country Club Drive loop in Aventura. Aventura Mall is about a mile and a half west, the Aventura Brightline station is five minutes away by car, the Village at Gulfstream Park sits ten minutes north in Hallandale Beach, Don Soffer Aventura High School and Aventura Hospital are within walking distance, and the three-mile Country Club Drive jogging path wraps the golf course just outside the gate. Sunny Isles Beach and the Atlantic Ocean are about three miles east across the William Lehman Causeway, Bal Harbour Shops is fifteen minutes south on Collins Avenue, and the Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport are each roughly twenty-five minutes away. Residents at The Parc share a heated swimming pool, a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, a clubroom, a business center, a children's playroom, a barbecue area, and covered parking. The Parc complex offers 24-hour concierge, valet, and security, on-site management, and direct access to the gated Country Club Drive jogging path. Through the adjacent JW Marriott Turnberry Resort, residents can pursue golf, tennis, and spa memberships and use the resort's restaurants, water park, and conference facilities. The boutique scale across the two towers keeps the common areas relatively private compared with the larger Country Club Drive high-rises a short walk south.
