Pier Sixty-Six · #801

Pier Sixty-Six Residences is the 88-residence condominium component of Tavistock Group's 32-acre redevelopment of the historic Pier 66 resort on Fort Lauderdale's 17th Street Causeway. The Pier Sixty-Six site sits where the Stranahan River meets the Intracoastal Waterway, anchored by a marina with 164 deep-water slips capable of berthing yachts up to 400 feet. Pier Sixty-Six Resort reopened in January 2025 following a multi-year rebuild that restored the rotating Pier Top lounge inside the rebuilt circular tower, a Fort Lauderdale landmark visible from the 17th Street bridge for more than half a century. The residences are complete: Indigo, the last of the four residential buildings, received its certificate of occupancy in September 2025, so homes here now trade as resales. The Pier Sixty-Six residential program is spread across four buildings and stays 100 percent residential, separate from the resort's 189-room hotel keys, so owners are not part of a rental program. The Pier Sixty-Six homes are configured as two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts with deep private terraces angled toward the marina, the Intracoastal, and the Atlantic horizon. Pier Sixty-Six residents reach Fort Lauderdale Beach in minutes via the 17th Street Causeway bridge, with Las Olas Boulevard restaurants and shops about a ten-minute drive north and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport roughly ten minutes south. The Pier 66 redevelopment by Tavistock Group rebuilt the resort base around Sotogrande, an Iberian-influenced waterfront restaurant, plus the Pier Top lounge atop the iconic circular tower, a 4,500-square-foot fitness center, and a spa with nine treatment rooms, a vitality pool, and a large dry sauna. Pier Sixty-Six condo owners receive privileged access to all hotel and resort amenities, including multiple pools with private cabanas, a beach club program, water sports operations, and 24-hour resort concierge. The Pier Sixty-Six Marina superyacht promenade ties the entire 32-acre property together along the deepwater basin.
