The Ritz-Carlton Residences Palm Beach Gardens · #503

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is a marina-front condominium community at 2200 PGA Boulevard, three mid-rise buildings on 14 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway. It is developed by Catalfumo Companies and designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners with landscape by 2GHO, and it is Ritz-Carlton branded with no hotel component. The community holds 106 residences of three to five bedrooms plus den, roughly 2,800 to more than 5,000 square feet, including Grand Terrace plans with large outdoor rooms. Each residence has two assigned garage spaces, along with Ritz-Carlton residential services. Amenities center on a private 29-slip marina for vessels of 45 to 75 feet, with direct water access to the Palm Beach and Jupiter inlets. A 100-foot infinity-edge heated pool has a lap lane and 12 cabanas, and the community adds a waterfront entertainment pavilion, a clubhouse with the Lighthouse Lounge, two dining rooms and a grill restaurant and bar, a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, pickleball, a putting green, a dog park and dog spa, a kids' club, guest suites, climate-controlled storage and 24-hour security and concierge. The site is the former Panama Hattie's restaurant property, annexed into Palm Beach Gardens for the project. PGA National, the Gardens Mall and the shops of PGA Boulevard are minutes away, and Palm Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes south. The East and North buildings topped off in January 2025. In May 2026 Catalfumo secured a $401 million loan from Northwind to refinance construction debt and finish the project, and the developer's August 2026 fact sheet estimated completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Residences have been priced from about $4.5 million to more than $10 million. Request current availability and floor plans through the building page.
