The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is a marina-front condominium community at 2200 PGA Boulevard, three seven-story buildings on 14 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway, developed by Catalfumo Companies and designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners with landscape by 2GHO. It holds 106 residences of three to five bedrooms plus den, roughly 2,800 to 5,000 square feet and larger, priced from about $4.5 million to more than $10 million. The East and North buildings topped off in January 2025 and the project entered its final construction phase in 2026, with completion expected in 2026. It is Ritz-Carlton branded with no hotel component. The site is the former Panama Hattie's restaurant property on the Intracoastal, annexed into Palm Beach Gardens for the project, with direct water access to the Palm Beach and Jupiter inlets. PGA National, the Gardens Mall and the shops of PGA Boulevard are minutes away, and Palm Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes south. Amenities center on a private 29-slip marina for vessels of 45 to 75 feet, with a 100-foot infinity-edge heated pool with a lap lane and 12 cabanas, a waterfront entertainment pavilion, a clubhouse with the Lighthouse Lounge, two dining rooms and a grill restaurant and bar, a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, pickleball, a putting green, a dog park and dog spa, a kids' club, guest suites, climate-controlled storage and 24-hour security and concierge. Each residence has two assigned garage spaces.
