Azure Palm Beach Gardens

Azure is a waterfront condominium community at 2700 and 2720 Donald Ross Road in Palm Beach Gardens, two mid-rise buildings on a roughly 14-acre site on the Intracoastal Waterway about a mile from Juno Beach. It was developed by Tom Frankel's Frankel Enterprises of Jupiter and completed between 2016 and 2018. The community has about 101 residences, large for a condominium: two- to four-bedroom plans of about 2,600 to 5,200 square feet. Many open from privately keyed elevators into open floor plans with wide balconies over the marina and the Intracoastal, and some penthouses have 10-foot ceilings. Boating is central to Azure. The community has more than 1,300 feet of marina frontage, with yacht slips for boats up to 120 feet in a full-service, hurricane-safe marina. Other amenities include a 24-hour manned gate, a fitness center, a heated pool and spa, locker rooms with saunas, a climate-controlled wine room and a business center. The location puts Juno Beach, U.S. Highway 1 and the shops and restaurants of PGA Boulevard within a short drive. Frankel's $145 million project was approved in 2014 and broke ground in April 2015. In October 2024, residences sold for $4.4 million and $4.1 million in consecutive weeks, each the top condo sale in Palm Beach County that week, and 2026 sales have reached $6.5 million.
