Most branded condominiums in South Florida are towers. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens is the exception: three seven-story buildings spread across 14 acres on the Intracoastal Waterway, with a private 29-slip marina at the center and direct water access to the Palm Beach and Jupiter inlets. It is the only marina-front luxury condominium in Palm Beach Gardens.
The community sits at 2200 PGA Boulevard, the former Panama Hattie's restaurant site, annexed into Palm Beach Gardens for the project. Developed by Catalfumo Companies and designed by Spina O'Rourke + Partners, it holds 106 residences of three to five bedrooms plus den, roughly 2,800 to 5,000 square feet and larger, priced from about $4.5 million to more than $10 million. The East and North buildings topped off in January 2025, and completion is expected in 2026.

The Marina Is the Point
The 29-slip marina accommodates vessels of 45 to 75 feet, with no fixed bridges between the slips and the Palm Beach and Jupiter inlets. For a boat owner, that means a residence where the boat is downstairs and the ocean is minutes away, which almost no condominium in Palm Beach County can offer. Slips are a separate purchase from residences; ask the sales team about availability.
The low-rise plan, seven stories over a two-deck garage, keeps every building close to the water. Each residence comes with two assigned garage spaces, and there is climate-controlled storage on site.
