The Project

Related Group and BH Group unveiled the project in March 2024 with 144 residences; the final plan is 138. Every home faces east, so there are no "city side" units: each residence looks across the Intracoastal to Palm Beach island. Plans run from two-bedrooms around 1,530 square feet to four-bedrooms around 3,330, and Penthouse A on the 27th floor, a four-bedroom of 4,897 square feet with about 1,200 square feet of terraces, is the unit that set the North Flagler record.

Construction began in February 2026, financed by a $200 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital, with the building more than 70 percent presold and over $150 million in sales in the preceding six months.
