Forté on Flagler

Forté on Flagler is a 25-story, roughly 300-foot condominium tower at 1333 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, directly on the Lake Worth Lagoon south of downtown, with just 41 residences. It was developed by a joint venture of Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures and designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors by Paris-based designer Jean-Louis Deniot; the developer's marketing address is 1309 South Flagler Drive. With about two residences per floor, most homes are four-bedroom half-floor residences of roughly 4,400 square feet, and the building tops out with a full-floor six-bedroom penthouse; published sizes run from about 4,200 to 8,400 square feet. Residences open from private elevator foyers and have ceilings of at least 10 feet, floor-to-ceiling glass and outdoor living space starting at 1,000 square feet, with views across the water to Palm Beach and the Atlantic. Kitchens and baths use custom cabinetry by Deniot and Italkraft with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Waterworks appliances and fixtures. The amenity program fills the lower floors. A second-floor pool deck has a 75-foot lap pool, a heated spa and an outdoor dining and lounge area, and the third floor holds a health and wellness suite with a steam room, sauna, private treatment rooms and a relaxation area. Residents also have a fitness center and yoga studio, a private dining room, great room, theater, evening lounge, card room, multi-sport simulator, guest suites and a business center. Services include doormen and 24-hour concierge, valet parking, house cars and electric-vehicle charging in the garage. The tower sits between Flagler Drive and Currie Crescent, with Related Ross's South Flagler House rising on the next site to the south. Moss Construction built Forté, which topped off on April 19, 2024; closings began in 2025, and a four-bedroom residence resold for $10.2 million in September 2026.
