The Bristol

The Bristol is a 25-story waterfront condominium at 1100 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, on the Intracoastal Waterway near the Royal Park Bridge to Palm Beach. Golub & Company developed the tower, with Al Adelson leading the project, and Solomon Cordwell Buenz designed it; Suffolk Construction was the builder. The building was completed in 2019. The Bristol holds about 69 residences, ranging from about 3,575 square feet to a 14,500-square-foot full-floor penthouse, with water views across the Intracoastal to Palm Beach. The tower's design was inspired by a yacht sailing along the water and the wake behind it. Amenities include a 75-foot resort-style pool with a south-facing sun deck, a club lounge and main salon with an adjoining card room, a waterfront fitness center, separate men's and women's spas with steam rooms, saunas and treatment rooms, a beauty salon and a dog park. Residents have a professional concierge, 24-hour valet and front desk, and scheduled car service. The lobby is finished in white marble with brass detailing. The building sits on South Flagler Drive just south of downtown, a short drive from Worth Avenue across the bridge and from downtown West Palm Beach. The Bristol has set West Palm Beach price records: two unfinished full floors sold together for a recorded $42.56 million in 2019, penthouse 23S sold for $27.99 million in 2024, and in April 2026 residence 1801 resold for $19.42 million after selling for $10.4 million in 2018.
